We know how to overcome the limitations of your ChMS's data reporting using the powerful data manipulation and charting tools of Microsoft Excel. Advanced formulas, charts, macros, outlining, filtering, Power Query and VBA functions are just a few of the features we implement to produce the desired output.
Microsoft Access provides an extremely flexible platform that outshines the data manipulation capabilities of Excel. Church Champions generates custom applications and reports in a single Access file with easy to understand documentation to guide you on how to use it.

Sometimes you need a snapshot of your database in a more portable form like Excel or Access, or you're migrating data and need to give it to a new vendor. We create a repeatable process that produces an extract of F1 or RockRMS with the precise data you need in a simplified layout allowing for the creation of a new extract containing your latest data whenever you need it.
We have experienced C#, .NET, and Visual Studio developers who will design and build the custom application you need to communicate with your ChMS via its API. If you're currently working with a developer, we can serve as Subject Matter Experts of your ChMS to ensure they access the API properly.
